Allison Winge, QPFC

Executive Vice President and Practice Leader

With nearly two decades of industry experience to her credit, Allison brings a strong background in retirement plan consulting and administration to Plexus Financial Services. Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC)7, Allison has vast 401(k) and ERISA plan design experience. She is committed to providing independent, objective, proactive advice on corporate retirement plan strategies. Furthermore, she is passionate about employee education and the development of clear, engaging employee communication plans.

Before joining Plexus, Allison served in a variety of financial planning management roles. Notably, she was a Regional Vice President for Transamerica, where she consulted with thousands of plan sponsors and participants throughout her career. 

At Plexus, Allison manages record-keeper, third-party administrator, and investment relationships to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. She provides guidance in selecting and monitoring prudent platforms and investment menus, and she assists Plan Sponsors in meeting fiduciary responsibilities.

Allison is a member of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America (PSCA)2 Education Committee and the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA®)3. She holds FINRA Series 64, Series 26and Series 636 registrations, and she holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
